training today was not bad ! :D
some Gan Eng Seng players came for friendly.
they are rather nice too !
at least they are not stuck up and their attitude were good too !
we should really learn from them.
a china player, Ma Ling Ling, also came and she is really pleasant, not stuck up at all. ( no offence )

yao said that i played not bad because i twisted my waist when i smacked this ball.
how funny !
