had CCA Fair cum trg from 0830 to 1230 hours.
Coach Wang came without Yao.
how cool is tht ?!
i enjoyed trg throughout though im dead beat after tht.

B'div played ' duo qiu ' for the first half then later, just trained amongst ourselves.
lazy to elaborate on the trg and cos also nothing much to say so yea.
haha.

at 1200 hours, we sort of stopped playing already but we had Physical trg.
it was Tiring !

nevertheless, it was very enriching and fun !

had lunch.
fell asleep in the TV Room.

woke up at like 1600 hours then watched this dont knw wht Chinese movie.
i like watched it before so it was so sian !
coincidentally, i switched the channel to Channel 5 and it was screening One Tree Hill !

i dint even knw it was screened in Singapore lah !
i wna kill Myself already !
